FEDERATION ACTIVITIES FALL INTO FOUR BASIC CATEGORIES

Protection of Our Resource through Individual Responsibility begins with CATCH AND RELEASE But also includes all individual actions necessary to protect and enhance water quality and fish habitat. Conservation and Legislative. We take pride in being a very proactive organization in both areas.
Youth Activities start with the simple act of taking kids fishing. Our high profile efforts are, of course, Get Kids Hooked on Fishing and the Annual Casting Kids competitions held throughtout our region. Tournament Bass Fishing starts at the club level and extends all the way to the BASSmaster Classic.

BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE OREGON B.A.S.S. STATE FEDERATION is just a matter of becoming a member of an affiliated club. Club membership includes membership in both the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society and the Federation. All memberships are required for participation in the Federation Tournament Trail. Participation in these events is not a requirement, however. For more information, contact any club representative listed below.
